FIRM OVERVIEW

     Gary J. Holloway is the firm's founder and has excellent academic credentials and a sincere commitment to each client's success.  The firm combine the use of state-of-the-art legal technology with fiscally sound methods to provide the most cost efficient, yet effective representation with the client's ultimate goals always in mind.  We strive to meet or exceed the client's  expectations in all aspects of representation and attempt  to provide the best possible representation at a reasonable cost.

     We take ethical considerations very seriously and abide by the Rules of Professional Conduct which govern attorneys in the State of Texas.  We follow the Texas Lawyer's Creed and advise each client of its contents addressing the manner in which attorneys are to deal with clients, each other, and the judiciary.

     Explaining a difficult legal concept in plain English is not always a simple task; but we truly believe that most ideas and legal arguments can be conveyed by simply speaking plain English.  First, we listen to the client, then provide the necessary analysis in plain English so that the clients are aware of the issues that are important to them and understand the issues involved in their case.
