FIRM OVERVIEW I have excellent academic credentials and a sincere commitment to my client's success. I try to combine my use of state-of-the-art legal technology with fiscally sound methods to provide the most cost efficient, yet effective representation with the client's ultimate goals always in mind. I strive to meet or exceed my client's expectations in all aspects of my representation and I attempt to provide the best possible representation at a reasonable cost. I take ethical considerations very seriously and abide by the Rules of Professional Conduct which govern attorneys in the State of Texas. I follow the Texas Lawyer's Creed and advise each client of its contents addressing the manner in which attorneys are to deal with clients, each other, and the judiciary. Explaining a difficult legal concept in plain English is not always a simple task; but I truly believe that most ideas and legal arguments can be conveyed by simply speaking plain English. First, I listen to the client, then I provide my analysis in plain English so that the clients are aware of the issues that are important to them and understand the issues involved in their case. I am admitted and licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and I am also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District. |
