PRACTICE INFORMATION      I devote a substantial portion my time as an attorney to civil litigation, corporate formation and maintenance, and oil and gas law.  I am also a certified Mediator and truly believe that alternative dispute resolution can resolve most issues in just about any legal contest.  I have experience in civil and commercial litigation, oil & gas and mineral law, real property, representation before administrative agencies, and consumer protection and deceptive trade practices.  I also have experience with business entity formation and maintenance of corporate formalities.  The majority of my practice is focused on corporate and oil and gas related matters.      The areas in which I practice are listed in more detail on my Overview and Practice page.     I am admitted and licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and I am also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District.
