PRACTICE INFORMATION      Gary J. Holloway devotes a substantial portion his time as an attorney to civil litigation, corporate formation and maintenance, and oil & gas law.  He is also a certified Mediator and truly believes that alternative dispute resolution can resolve most issues in just about any contest, legal or otherwise.  He has experience in civil and commercial litigation, oil & gas and mineral law, real property, representation before administrative agencies, and consumer protection and deceptive trade practices.  He also has experience with business entity formation and maintenance of corporate formalities.  The majority of this firm's practice is focused on corporate and oil and gas related matters.      The Holloway Law Firm's practice areas are listed in more detail on the Overview and Practice page.     Gary J.
