	OIL AND GAS LEASING INFORMATION   An oil and gas lease is a contract which may affect your land in ways that you never anticipated.  Before you sign a lease, make sure you understand the terms of the contract.  Having an attorney with leasing experience is beneficial and certainly in the mineral owners best interest.
